The appropriate subscription code and installation instructions will display in a separate window specific to your device. After retrieving the mobile access code, you will need to open a separate browser tab and visit the following url: https://www.lexi.com/account.

Before downloading, register here to create a CE ID#. Download the free NMCD app from the Apple Store or Google Play. Open the app and login with your email address and CE ID# and password.

Android version coming soon. For Apple devices:
- Visit the App Store from your device and search Micromedex.
- From the App Store, select download / install the application. You may be prompted to enter your Apple ID.
- The app will download to your app library, or directly to your device.
- Open the app. The app will display an activation code. Copy the code by tapping on a copy icon to the right of the code.

To activate the app:

After downloading the "Micromedex® NeoFax® Essentials" app, locate the NYU Langone password by using this link and clicking on NeoFax®/Pediatrics. Once that site has opened, click on the "Mobile" link in the upper right-hand corner. The app is for iOS, Android, or Windows devices. The password is good for one year.

After downloading and logging in, set up institutional access to NYULH subscribed content by going to settings and selecting "Institutional Access". Find "New York University (NYU),” then select your login preference:
• Automatic Login Using NetID*
• Automatic Login Using NYULMC**

*for users with an @nyu.edu email address and a valid NetID.
**for users with an @nyulangone.org email address and a valid Kerberos ID (KID).
