UpToDate offers electronic, full-text clinical resource that provides evidence-based answers to the most commonly asked questions in clinical practice. Includes access to over 9,500 topics in 21 specialties, along with different levels of patient education materials to meet the varying information needs of patients.
Users must create an individual account for the initial setup at the above link. To maintain access users must login from the NYU Libraries’ link every 89 days. Users must always use NYU Libraries' link to log in.

Directions for Accessing UpToDate App:
Open UpToDate via the library's subscription
Register to create a personal account
Download the free UpToDate app in your device's app store.
Sign in with the username and password you created in Step 2.

**Note: To maintain your access to UpToDate you will need to confirm your affiliation with NYU every 90 days. To do this simply, login UpToDate.
