Data Sharing and Transfer

The NYU Data Catalog is designed to help NYU researchers make their data more discoverable and to help them locate relevant datasets.

Types of data that are available include: 

• Publicly available open datasets, e.g. New York City Health and Nutrition Examination Study. 

• Datasets created by NYU researchers, e.g. Metabolic Syndrome Outcome Cohort Study.

• Clinical EHR data from NYU Langone Health, e.g. Sleep-disordered breathing and serotonin reuptake inhibitors in people with and without epilepsy: NYU Langone Health EHR.

• Datasets available in the Supporting Materials of academic articles, e.g. Genomic data for the testing of gold-standard networks of direct regulatory interactions in Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
