How to Place a Ticket
  1. Visit the library's website and locate the "Request a Consultation" option.
  2. Click on the "Request a Consultation" link. You will be prompted to authenticate using your Kerberos ID.
  3. After authenticating, you can proceed to submit your request for a consultation.
  4. You can expect to receive a response within a day.
  5. Note: The library will respond to your request during their regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm).

Resolve Swipe Card Issues

Step 1.
  • Make sure there is no other ID card next to your NYULH ID card and try swiping again.
Step 2.
  • If that does not resolve the issue, call the Security department at (212) 598-6202 and request access.
