Place a Ticket
How to Place a Ticket
Visit the
library's website
and locate the "Request a Consultation" option.
Click on the "Request a Consultation" link. You will be prompted to authenticate using your Kerberos ID.
After authenticating, you can proceed to submit your request for a consultation.
You can expect to receive a response within a day.
Note: The library will respond to your request during their regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm).

Resolve Swipe Card Issues
Step 1.
Make sure there is no other ID card next to your NYULH ID card and try swiping again.
Step 2.
If that does not resolve the issue, call the Security department at (212) 598-6202 and request access.
