Data Repositories

NIH-Supported Data Sharing Repositories
This page shows a list of NIH-supported data repositories that accept submissions of appropriate data from NIH-funded investigators. The list also includes resources that aggregate information about biomedical data and information sharing systems.
Figshare
A general purpose repository where users can upload figures, datasets, media, papers, posters, presentations and filesets.
Re3Data
A database of research data repositories. May be used to find datasets or to find a place to deposit your data. Note: not all of the repositories in this system allow you to deposit data.
Open Science Framework
The Open Science Framework (OSF) is a tool that promotes open, centralized workflows by enabling capture of different aspects and products of the research lifecycle, including developing a research idea, designing a study, storing and analyzing collected data, and writing and publishing reports or papers.
