Step 1. Make sure there is no other ID card next to or near your NYULH ID card and try swiping again.
Step 2. If that does not resolve the issue, email securityaccessrequests@nyulangone.org and request access.
1. Take a photograph of the book barcode with your NYULH ID.
2. Email the photo to borrowbook@nyulangone.org along with your Kerberos ID.
3. Type "Borrowed" in the subject line.
Loans are 4 weeks. You will receive a courtesy email reminder a few days before the due date.
1. From the library's website, www.hsl.med.nyu.edu click on "Request a consultation"
2. You will be required to authenticate with your Kerberos ID.
3. You should receive a response within the day during regular business hours. (Monday - Friday, 9-5 pm)
