Dynamic Health is an evidence-based information tool to support nurses and allied health professionals with high quality synthesized evidence for the point of care.  It offers a robust collection of evidence-based skills and competency checklists to help users refresh and verify clinical skills.  

Lexicomp On Your Phone

Lexicomp is a preferred drug database integrated with the hospital's formulary. Add an icon for phone-friendly access!

1.Go to Lexicomp and login with NYU credentials.
2. Add an icon to your home screen as below:
iPhone users: Select the Action iconthen Add to Home.
Android users: Click the three vertical dots to view the browser's menu, then select Add to Home Screen.

Nursing Reference Center Plus

 

Nursing Reference Center Plus is a clinical decision support tool for nurses, particularly questions of nursing practice. NRC+ also hosts CE modules for NYU Langone Health nurses that our library pays for on your behalf. Drug questions are answered by Davis's Drug Guide for Nurses.

  1. Within NRC+ scroll down to the bottom of the page. 
  2. Go to NRC Plus Mobile App Access.
  3. When prompted, enter the email address you use on your phone.
  4. From your device, follow the emailed instructions to:
                Download the app.
                Tap the emailed authentication key.
