Also contains a web-based option, MyEndNoteWeb.

F1000 Workspace
 
F1000 Workspace is a platform to collect literature, manage references and prepare manuscripts for submission. It consists of a web-based application, a browser extension, a desktop app for importing PDFs, and a plugin for Microsoft Word and Google Docs.

ReadCube
 
ReadCube is a tool to manage and organize research papers. It provides "enhanced pdfs" that allow a user to click on inline citations, view supplemental materials more easily, and perform author searches within a research paper. ReadCube also allows for the sharing of your research papers with others on your team (fee required).
